Troubleshooting issues with the Framework

==Error Loading Framework==

If the framework is not getting past the loading screen, use the [^http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/|Firefox] [^http://getfirebug.com/|Firebug] net tab to look at the requests from silverlight to the web server.

These requests can show what requests are failing and if it is isolated to a particular map service or a WCF service call.
